Boy, I screwed up my post for sure. I think I placed the wrong HTML tag that wiped out my response. I was actually writing to disagree with "FILIBUSTER JUDGES. FILIBUSTER APPOINTMENTS. FILIBUSTER LEGISLATION.

What I meant to say was Democrat rules changes may well do away with the filibuster, agreeing with you. Somehow it was never included in the post.
