That’s what has happened since 2000 and you saw the results last night. We tried to play both sides of the fence. It doesn’t give the people a clear choice. If we play the game of who can give the country away the fastest everyone loses.
It makes no sense that if people really want conservatism that they’d vote for a true lefty until a real conservative pops up. Face it, this country is desirous of socialism.
