My understanding of Scripture says that the Antichrist will rise out of the resurrected Roman Empire. Kenya nor Hawaii figure in well. Other than that—he may be.
Actually, when he was born, Kenya was an British protectorate, so in a sense, he IS out of the revived Roman Empire.
I always heard the AntiChrist would be European, and he would show up after the Rapture.

The bad guy of 666 fame was the emperor Nero of the historic (not resurrected) Roman Empire. A lot of the puzzling things in the New Testament were written in code for persecuted Roman Christians. The Bible also says there will be many anti-Christs - we have seen everything from false preachers to Hitler. I doubt if Obama is quite at that level - he is likely to combine the worst of Jimmy Carter and L.B.J., which is bad enough.
Have you looked at Washington, D.C. lately? For that matter, in an indirect way, the U.S. has risen, through Great Britain, from the Roman Empire.
That is an interpretation of the ten toes...our of the Roman Empire. What is to say we are NOT one of the kingdoms?
