Tor is a good anonymous proxy network, and much more. You can even host an anonymous website within it.

Not too hard to set up either. And once set, you don’t have to play around with constantly changing Anon. server addresses. Doesn’t slow you down like proxy software programs.

I guess you can say it is also an internet on the internet as well, because many users are also nodes. Like the internet, your pakets go through multiple server nodes, with the exeption none of your info is kept on them that can be tracked back. It’s unique in a lot of ways, which you’ll see when you do some reading on the page I sent you.
