It was never his base. He was and is an army of one. Gov. Palin kept it from being worse but as it is we lost IN, VA, FL, CO, maybe MO, OH, etc. McCain sucked.
I meant the base of the GOP. You are correct. Conservatives were never McCain’s base. Because of that, he is a loser. And he took us with him.
