MORE AND MORE HORRIFICALLY . . .
Obamao will not lead a RETRENCHMENT of that compulsion.
Jefferson still understood how the Constitition properly operated and knew an Amendment was required to create such a department.
Now... Department of Giving Away Free Stuff? Sure! *vote*
The Constitution has been dead for years. Wake up. Republicans no better.
