This prop was offered because the liberal courts overturned prop 22. The difference is that this is a constitutional amendment. The courts can only rule on the constitutionality of an issue. They can’t change the constitution.

Why not? The US Supremes say that the US Constitution means whatever they want it to mean, and if they can do it at the federal level why can't the CA court do the same thing at the state level?

When the U.S. Supreme Court overrules the citizens of California they have only themselves to blame for voting for a president who will nominate judges that will declare their Christian values unconstitutional.
