How in the world does anything justify or provide a legitimate rationale for EVER wasting your vote rather than using it to try to defeat a Marxist, much less wasting your vote in a battleground state?

Stuck on stupid.

We will never win with this type of attitude and ignorance.

i>In typical RINO fashion, McCain fought this election with all the passion of a flaccid......zucchini.

McCain was a setup. He was given the Republican nomination by Dhimmicrap crossovers who knew he was the most beatable candidate the GOP had. The only good thing he did the entire campaign was to find Sarah Barracuda. A star is born!

NO.

No, no, goodness no.

McCain failed. It was he himself who couldn’t attract support because the only value he stood for was that he could “reach across the aisle” which only begged the question why then the voter shouldn’t just “reach across the aisle” and save him the effort.

I don’t owe McLame my vote just because he’s a Republican. I owe McCain no loyalty if he refuses to stand firm for what I believe.

The hell with parties and labels. I voted for Barr, did it proudly, and would do so again. I didn’t have to shame myself by voting for the Manchurian RINO.

Sorry, GOP, but if you want my vote, I need a few things:

**Be conservative
**Stop nation-building
**Quit pandering to the left
**Quit using the WoT as an excuse to roll back the Bill of Rights
**McCain specifically: Quit trying to abolish the first amendment (McCain-Feingold)
**Quite using tax dollars to bail out banks

Until then, I’m voting “Libtardian.” That’s life when you’re dealing with people of character.

First and possibly most important there was absolutely no effort to counter Hussein's non-stop advertising and campaigning east of Lake County (Lake CO borders Cook County and Chicago.) Although heavy union Porter, LaPorte and St Joe counties have always trended republican by 1-2%. Absolutely no money spend here.

Another reason was the economy in NW Indiana. This area was heavy into the RV industry. With the increase in fuel prices the botton dropped out of the RV industry with layoffs and manufacturing plant closures. Those supporting the industry also felt the effect. Layoffs mean lots of unemployed union workers looking for a handout. Who better to provide that handout than Hussein. Kerry carried Marion County (Indianapolis) in 2004 by 4-5%. McCain paid Indy a visit one or two times and Palin visited the state 2 or 3 times....Hussein made 50 plus visits and spent millions here in the state.

McCain could have won this state. Poor planning on his part. Instead of spending time in Colorado (lost there 8-10%) he could have spent 2-3 days here to collect 17 electoral votes.

Care to place a wager that the GOP swings entirely the wrong way? That they try to capitulate even MORE to the Left?

Wouldn't surprise me at all. Republicans have a virtually infinite capacity for learning the wrong lesson.

Also, the moderates hate conservatives so much that they would rather lose than allow conservatives to win. So they'll continue their suicidal, losing strategy as long as the Dhimmicraps keep playing golf with them and being nice and sociable to them.

I completely agree with your theory. McCain was the lamest candidate possible....AND, he refused to battle like a warrior.

P.S. - Speaking of "warriors," I don't think the NWO overlords EVER thought Sarah Palin would become the Rock Star of the GOP.

That's why one of them reportedly described her as a "rogue candidate."

One of the first things we need to do is quit voting for these third-party loonies. No one is ever good enough so we get stuck with the worst of the lot, thanks to the votes wasted on candidates with no chance.

McCain would have done a lot better had he come out AGAINST the bailouts and made a big deal of it on the campaign trail. But no. He voted for the interests of Congress’ banking overlords, just like Obama the Corrupt.

I remember we were complaining the whole election season about McCain - until he chose Sarah. I feel very badly for Sarah who worked her heart out - she deserved better.

Many of us thought McCain was set-up to take the fall and be a good boy about it - which he has. He held back with legitimate attacks, didn’t pump up the good things he did, didn’t follow through in the debates. Half his campaign strategy seemed to be saying “vote for me, I was in the Hanoi Hilton”. Most Obama voters don’t really know what that is.

The primary system sucks.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, probably. The Republican party must die. We need to find a real conservative party.

The Barr voters are a particular type of idiot. They feel like they want to make a statement of some sort. They are children. They are pathetic. Yes many of us here didn’t like McCain one bit. The Republican Party was seriously stupid to have so many winner take all primaries stacked early in the year. McCain slipped by with a plurality of votes and ran up a huge advantage in delegates. My understanding is that when Romney dropped out he had as many popular votes as McCain. It was about this time that I began to feel ill and that it was likely we would lose the election. The Barr People wouldn’t vote for McCain. They did the same thing to McCain that Nader did to Gore in 2000. It’s better to have McCain win than Obama but the idiot Barr people think it’s not that way they are fools.

He held back with legitimate attacks

And criticized his own supporters for engaging in them independently.

Looking at the numbers, I do agree that it appears that Barr did put Indiana into the Obama column (Barr got 29,000 votes and the margin of victory was 23,000), but Barr only pulled in 10,000 votes in Virginia and the margin was over 130,000.

I believe both Sarah and McCain battled to win. We should stop trying to kill our downed. He is a RINO to a certain degree but he is a million times better than Ob and I believe he fought hard. In the end he is a man of his own beliefs and has tried to stand by them. They are not all my beliefs but why do we try to destroy our own? His major fault is that he thinks the Dems in Congress are all good people with different ideas. They are not “good” people. Good people do not stay in a party that is rabid over the power to kill precious, innocent babies to start with. They lie like there was no tomorrow any time it suits them. And many are socialist with communist leaning or just plain closet commies. They are demon possessed and wicked to the tee. You can tell just by looking at their countenances that they are strangely evil. We may need to act like they are OK but we need to recognize that they are anything but. I am so tired of people who lean over backwards to get along. It bites us every time. Stop being Mr. nice guy. Stop shaking hands with the Devil.

And now all the bailouts are in the the hands of the corrupt, socialist Democrats.
