I'm sorry, but I leave to fight in Iraq in less than seven days (2’nd Brigade Combat Team, 4’th Infantry Division - rear detachment). But, I have to say, Iraq was not necessary. We had the terrorist coming to Afghanistan, yet we had ADHD with foreign policy and launched against Iraq for no reason and now we have a pig for Commander in Chief (he's not there yet, so I can say this). Bush and McCain have been just as bad in this area; we used to blast Clinton for exactly what Bush did - unnecessary war and nation building. We need Ron Paul for our leader.

You must not remember details of Desert Storm and the Armistice signed between the Allies (50+ nations) and Saddam Hussein.
Less than 24-hours after signing Saddam Hussein violated that agreement by firing upon our troops. He went on to violate that armistice more than a thousand times. There wasn’t a day that went by that his military fired upon our military guarding the Marsh Arabs in the south, and the Kurds in the north. Even the UN chastized Saddam Hussein repeatedly, more than a dozen times.
We had every internationally recognized legal right to go back in and set right what we’d left undone in 1991. Such a right was spelled out in the armistice.
ADHD was a clever statement, very clever, but dead wrong!
