I'm in the military. The good thing about being in now is that we are insulated from the economic goofs to come. If it bothers you that much. Go active Guard, I might.

I was active duty from 85-89 and a reservist from 94-01. I'm now past the age where it's my problem. This is simply my advice. National Guard might also be a good idea, yes.
