Actually, firing people is not a bad idea.
You know Obama is going to greatly increase the burden on employers. In France it’s almost impossible to fire anyone - that’s why unemployment is endemic. People won’t hire someone they can’t fire. That’s why France has the business growth of a slug.
If Obama looks like he’s going to push any of those draconian laws (and who here thinks he won’t?) the best thing you can do is get rid of what employees you can afford to.
Liberal employees usually work themselves out of their positions it has been my experience.
IOW Fire them now while you still can.
