Please. I am not going to go down the same sewer the Rats did for 8 frickin' years. I am commanded by God to pray for those in authority over me and I will do so. My son swore to follow the orders of his commander in chief and he will serve honorably.

OTOH, I will vigorously oppose him at every turn. And quite frankly it will be a little fun to see how the left will come out tomorrow and declare that the sun is a little brighter and the sky a little bluer. They will overplay their hand and when they do we will be there to stick their face in it. But I will not fall victim to BDS. And I hope you don't either. It lessens your effectiveness.

Please do pray for wisdom for The One who you believe has authority over you. But that is all. As for your son, I am sorry for him. We are Texans, too. My brother just retired as a full-bird colonel in the AF, having done a lifetime in the military and other areas of government. He is glad he is out -- just in time. He is deeply conflicted, which makes me happy. I was beginning to wonder if he hadn't been brainwashed after 25 years of service. We both believe Obama has America's worst interests at heart, which is contrary to the purpose of our honorable military. God help us all.
