Marches will occur on January 17, 2009 to demonstrate to Obama and Congress that millions of American Patriots are now closely monitoring the actions of the Legislature, Executive branch, and the media. We will respond quickly and vigorously to any challenges to our existing liberties and freedoms. PLEASE SPREAD. |
When does the varsity suit up?
Stolen = BO weaseled his way in.
It will take that long to organize. Others pursue legal action.
FreedomMarch is not a single demonstration; It’s a Movement and includes many other activities regardless of who becomes POTUS.
We communicate more than anything - very loudly. It’s long past time for the “Silent Majority” to speak up.
Violence will just get you branded a pariah. See Timothy McVeigh.
There’s no “violence” with FM. We call attn to problems that desperately need it. We’re completely peaceful. We use many tools, none of which include violence.
That’s the BO camp.
Which side? My friends gave me a ghillie suit for my birthday, which I keep in my bug-out-bag. I'm ready to suit up. According to some other thread the opposing team may go for their powder-blue away uniforms.
No hysterics. This is cooly calculated.
The trees are rather green for November 1st. Don't you think it is misleading to post arial images on your website of a rally that cannot possibly be yours?
I really think you need to demonstrate some bona fides here to show you are not just engaging in self-promotion here.
Anyone participate in the Promise Keepers “Stand in The Gap” rally on the mall in 1997? I was there. To refreshed memories:
“Promise Keepers’ most notable event was its Stand in the Gap: A Sacred Assembly of Men open-air gathering at the National Mall in Washington, D.C. on October 4, 1997. C-SPAN carried the event live in its entirety. It was reported at the time to be the largest gathering of men in American history, surpassing even the Million Man March.”
Now, I’m not a Promise Keeper member myself. I just went to help add to the numbers, give them support, and see what a million Conservatives gathered on the mall looked like. It was really something.
Anyway, we show that we can do these kinds of numbers. The workers of the nation. The producers. We who have less time to go be professional demonstrators than the Government Assistance takers of society. We can still do large demonstrations if we set our minds to it.
Might not be so far fetched.
Dirtboy, you haven’t been to the site in a while, and if you did, you didn’t understand it.
See accomplishments there for my “bonafides.”
Cripes, that image of a rally is from Farrakhan’s Million Man March. What on EARTH are you thinking pilfering an image of that rally for your website?
FTL
You’re dead-on. FM includes marches, sure, but it consists of much more activism than that. It’s about time the backbone of the nation was heard from.
I was just there a few minutes ago. And your image of a rally is from the Million Man March.
See accomplishments there for my bonafides.
Anyone can make claims on a website. Pilfering an image from a Farrakhan rally is not conducive to making your claims believeable.
That’s how it used to work, if obama wins this will be the last time there is an almost free election in this country. under an obama/pelosi/reed troika all dissent will be crushed and the only real choice will be which annointed leader replaces the previous annointed leader. Go vote!!!!!
No troll, I’d think. Read RaginApache’s posting history. As far back as I read, it’s consistent.
Uh, no, try again. And watch the personal attacks. I've been here over ten years. Been to many FR events. We've seen a lot of flim-flam self-promoters come and go. Usually they spew a lot of names and personal attacks when asked a simple question, to demonstrate their bona fides, which is a reasonable request on internet sites. Especially when someone's website uses an image of a rally without indicating that it is some other rally - and that image ends up being from the MMM, of all things.
