Post what you are seeing or hearing here. Freepers and PUMAs unite for Mac/Cuda victory over the false messiah!
Indiana 50 / 49 Obama
Florida McCain 53 / 46
“They claim I have already voted absentee but I have not.”
We usually vote absentee in CA, but this year I started to worry about that. Since the envelopes must be signed by the voter, any election official can check the name against voter rolls to see party affiliation. It would be so easy for envelopes w/ballots to disappear “mysteriously”. I don’t think I’m going to do that any more. Even though the ballots inside aren’t identified, the envelope shows all the info they need. Next election... polling place.
I was at Robious Elementary school near Huguenot and Robious. Pretty good turnout compared to previous years. I just hope for the best. I wore my Marine boonie hat and the Gold Star. All I can do...
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I cannot tell you how encouraging and frankly, touching, it has been to visit PUMA websites and to see the rock-solid support you all are showing for McCain-Palin. Obviously McCain wasn’t your first choice...let’s be honest, he wasn’t the first choice of most us here at FR, either, but I’m SO glad we have pulled together and worked toward this tremendously important goal. Our nation as we know will not survive if the radical left gets its way. It will be goodbye to freedom and prosperity. Frightening.
Thank you for your courage and determination in crossing party lines. Thank you for putting Country First. You PUMAs will probably never understand what your support means to us. You remind us that we’re not so very different from each other. You remind us that not everyone in the entire non-Republican world is worshipping at the feet of the false messiah. You make us feel less alone out there...it’s nice to realize that we’re not the only ones fighting the good fight. So many of us, too, were OUTRAGED at the way Senator Clinton was treated in the primaries and we applaud your steely resolve in avenging the injustice. Let’s do this thing together!
God bless the PUMAs and God bless America!
LOL! I heard about that Tim Robbins meltdown. He probably went there to cause a scene more than to vote.
FOX calling WV for McCain.
GA too close to call????
Don’t think so
72 / 27 MCCAIN!!!!!!!
FOX took those numbers off the map
Wonder if they did not like the point spread, LOL!
OhNooooo
Now Ga is 70 / 29 Too close to call!
BTW we have alot of live threads.
They need to be consolidated, please
I’m not sure if it is safe to assume this...but if we assume that early exit poll results are skewed towards the democrat as they were in past elections...then it appears mccain will pull off a pretty amazing trick tonight. I think he just may be winning it.
Barak is pulling ahead in north carolina. I did not expect that.
Praying for IN and VA. Daughter’s friends are already calling and taunting her about Obama’s “win” in Ohio. Please PLEASE allow me to let my daughter tell her to take her predictions and SHOVE ‘EM!
Not sure what to make of the FOX map — too many changes
Fox calls SC for McCain.
I was starting to wonder if I moved to the right state when they didn’t call SC for McCain *immediately*.
This whole thing is making me anxious.
WHY DOD WE HAVE TWO !!! ELECTION LIVE THREADS???
Yep. I’m on the verge of closing that window and going elsewhere for an election map. The map is changing too fast and half the time the map doesn’t make any sense. It’s a pretty neat trick how they can change the map on my computer screen even when I don’t hit the refresh button though. I don’t understand that one at all.
Welcome to FreeRepublic, TeacupQueen.
Indiana looks bad, folks. McC is running way behind W’s pace of ‘04.
Gary, Bloomington and Indianapolis aren’t reporting yet either.
Really worried about Indiana. McC far off W’s pace last time.
FOX calls a freaking slew of New England states for BO. Can’t remember them all. MA, MD, DE, CT, IL, ME for Obama. OK for McCain. Looks like TN just popped up for McCain, but FOX hasn’t called it yet.
