She said her friend told her that one voter there didn't know if Obama was a Republican or Democrat.

Some people are just too stupid to have a vote.

We have a better than 50% chance to pull it out for McCain/Palin. Prop 8 has the us out in force to vote yes!

We are going to win this!!!!!

I was thinking about your question.
I did notice there were only around 5 young people there around the age group of 18 to 24. Remember Obama is counting on the youth.

I went by there three times today actually the lines were to long at 7 and 9 we went back at 10 and waited longer then I ever had to before.

In the for what it is worth department -

Report from my wife that voting is extremely heavy for our little precinct in Antelope CA. Large Russian/Ukrainian population which is generally pro Prop 8 (No gay marriage) and with their experience of socialism from the soviet union probably don’t favor it reappearing here in America. Though we will probably be washed out by the liberal/leftist bastions of SF and LA, we’re doing our part.

Never thought seeing a touch screen could have me laughing on the floor but it almost did. First choice listed, Cynthia McKinney. I immediately wondered if we're going to have a Pat Buchanan/butterfly ballot like challenge as some morons will vote for her just because she is first.

My sense from the folks I spoke with was that they feared an Obama presidency

I got the same sense. Reality is setting in and people are coming out to put their country first.

My wife and I went and voted at noon today. Heavy turn out, mostly older people though I did see one young hispanic trying to vote who was turned away. he claimed he had moved but voted here last time? they said his brother was registered but not him. I am thinking he forgot what name to use.

On the side note, My daughter called at 1P.M. to tell me she couldn’t vote at college. She is making a two hour drive home to vote for Mac then turn around and go back to school.

A vote to preserve the Union cast in North GA. (of course)
All went well. I asked and 51% of our precinct voted early.

Safe to say McCain got the majority of those votes.

BTW, We love PUMAs. I love it when people across the spectrum come together for a just cause.

Thank You PUMAs!!!!

Well, that is a bit more promising. I have been saddened that so many Hispanics have bought into Obama’s BS. I will have to ask my parents who also live in the Valley what the polls were like in their area. I know that one of their friends on Halloween had her McCain sign AND HER CAR sprayed with some kind of paint. Luckily it was color that washed off. But still vandalism.

On ours (L.A.), McCain Palin is first. Obama Biden hidden among the crowd. Hee hee.

I voted here in North Rural (read Republican) California. No lines. Afterwards, went directly to Starbucks and got a free voter coffee by showing my, “I voted” sticker.

Voted in Indiana! Ahhhh, what a treat after such an inglorious start to this election!

Hubby voted this morning and reported loooong lines and nothing but BO signs. (We vote at the city building and the clerk is a Dem.) This is usually a Dem town but, OTOH, we don’t cotton to socialist wackos so I’m hoping for the best.

I waited until this afternoon so I could go with our son since it was his first time to vote. Someone had added a bunch of M/P signs since Hubby was there. Right in and right out. Gotta love small towns! My neighbor checked our IDs. :D

Anybody heard any exit poll results? In ‘04 they were all over the internet long before this hour.

I truly believe that if Obama wins, then the dumbing down of American will have been successful.
