(UPI)Detroit.Mayors of northern urban cites fear yet more ruin of existing ruins. Detroit, Cleveland, Toledo, Chicago, and other long time Democrat controlled cities said that they can not afford to have burnt out hulks of their slum scullion cities further damaged. Said Detroit Mayor Mufume from his federal prison cell, "If we lose the last few standing buildings, it will make it that much harder for us to loot welfare moneys from the state and federal government. I got two wives(PBUT), two girlfriends, three Jewish lawyers and a Irish and Polish Police Superintendent that I have to 'Take Care of', if you know what I mean".
The Mayor went on to ask this reporter if he wanted to get in 'business' and smuggle in some blow.
