I appreciate your enthusiasm, but retaking the House isn't likely. And if it is a tie, each state only gets one vote. Each state's delegation votes to determine who gets that state's vote. So it may not necessarily mean the party in control of the House will have a majority delegation in a majority of the states. Anyway McCain's going to win an EV in Maine, so there won't be any tie.
