Well, I have a question for you. I voted early in NC, paper ballots fill in the circle. When I took it to the machine to put it in the worker took my ballot from me and looked at it up and down then handed it back to me. I was rather amused as she didn’t tell me how to put it in the machine which really you would have to be a moron or I guess a floridan not to know how to do that, and I watched the counter change from 137 to 138 so I know I am counted. But why would she do that, I have never had an official do that before. I am 53 so it isn’t like I looked to young!!! and I have all my teeth so I don’t think I looked stupid...then again I am blonde. Anyway I didn’t say anything but should I report this?
It is really hard to say. I know where you are coming from. But what is it that you report? Your ballot did get cast and counted. I think that what you are telling me would be very hard to put into a complaint. Not that I doubt your account one little bit. I seriously would have wanted to have punched the lady. But I think we have to choose our battles very carefully this year.
