The Poll watchers are NOT supposed to interact with voters. Poll Watchers are not supposed to be identified with ANY markings WHATSOEVER. Not anywhere, even OUTSIDE the 100 foot barrier.
I am a pollwatcher and that is what our attorneys told us...

speak directly to the clerk and call our attorneys if the clerks don’t see it our way...

Wow. We need to see if we can figure this out. I am in Broward co FL. While I did not get the best training, it was my understanding that the voter could ask for us or speak to us if they wanted to. However, we may not approach them. Same rules as the blue hats have (and be sure to report them if they approach voters)

And no we may not wear anything with “party” markings. So the Obama squad skirted that with the “voting rights attorney” blue ball caps.

And P.S. do you have the numbers to the attorneys? Our organization here is Broward is so bad that they have still not given me that info. All I have is the numbers to Victory offices and a hope that they will get to someone if I really need them.
