Judge Napolitano is not a judge in Florida. Who knows what they’ll do.

We used to have elections without legions of lawyers. The Democrats should know that I trust them even less than they trust Republicans.

You’ve got that right. You’ve got that right.
Hey didn’t the SoreLoserman FLA Chad thingy get started because that stupid Rep from S. Florida sent the old voters a phamplet that was WRONG and which when they followed it resulted in the “I voted for the wrong guy” horse do?

Sorry about the double dig, for some reason it happens on my computer too, with Dell you get two in one.

For those of us who vote in places where no ID is required tomorrow, like me, PLEASE do this, and make an audible, clear stink about it: Offer your ID, and when they tell you they don’t need to see it, ask them what they intend to do on the day when you walk in, give them your address and name, and they tell you your name is already crossed off as having voted? Ask them what they will do at that point to restore the most precious civil right you have as an American citizen. Tell them it isn’t a rhetorical question, and wait for an answer.

According to Democrats, any activity that seeks to validate a voter registration is by definition voter repression and intimidation.

According to Republicans, any activity that seeks to impede or stop voter registration validation is by definition a suspicion of vote fraud.

Recently a GOP state director stated that federal marshals would be dispatched across the USA with the mission to monitor elections for voter repression, and not fraud.

They’re only doing this because they know the One is NOT taking Florida.

Florida sounds like the stoopidest state in America - anyone remember 2000?

It reminds me of a poster a guy put up at the place I worked in 2000, in CA. The poster showed a little old lady with 10 bingo cards in front of her and the caption: This woman can keep track of 10 bingo cards at once but can't follow an arrow to Al Gore's name? and it included a picture of the butterfly ballot that clearly showed the arrow pointing at the candidate's name.

The state of Florida isn't stupid, just the democrat party who thinks we all are as stupid as they are.

Sounds like an attempt to intimidate the poll watchers.
As if.

Well, Florida’s Supremes are less activist judges than they were in 2000 if Crist’s 2 appointments have already been sworn in. Circuit Court Judges - who knows?

It’s just the democrats who are stupid. The Republicans had no problems figuring out the ballots.

Hopefully all McCain voters in heavily dem areas will take their good old time voting...all five minutes or whatever the max is. It’s only fair since about half of the dem voters are likely illegal or voting for even more welfare.

It’s a sad day when people vote to get a free ride instead of trying to make our great country even greater.

When you can’t win the vote, take it to the courts. That’s the demrat way. Remember “W’s” first election and the mantra “Bush selected not elected”. However, it was the Dems who took that election to court—not the pubbies.

Dems trying the same BS as they did then, use fraudulent votes to make election closer than it really was, then depend on coming out on top in the midst of the chaos.

I will be posting this on a couple of threads today:

When you vote tomorrow if you have not already done so, please do not accept a provisional ballot under any circumstances. Insist on getting a real ballot that will be processed the same as everyone else.

I expect problems in Broward where I live that may exist in other areas of the state of FL and perhaps nationwide. One in particular is absentee ballots that the SOE sent out late giving the voter insufficient time to return them. The only option left is to go to the poll and vote on 11/4. Poll workers may want you to vote a provisional ballot in order to check against returned absentee ballots. Don’t let them do it.

Ask for the person in charge and ask to speak to a Republican poll watcher we can get help to you. Do not listen to people in blue baseball caps labeled “voting rights attorney”, they are Camp Zero people.

You can always take a couple of numbers of local Victory offices with you as well. They will be staffed all day on election day and able to dispatch help to your polling place if you need it.
