A comment made by Sen. Barack Obama in January - revealing his true agenda on coal - is just now coming to light. It shows that Obama favors preventing construction of new coal-fired plants by using air pollution rules to make them prohibitively expensive.
In January, Obama talked with members of the San Francisco Chronicle's editorial board. He discussed his "cap and trade" air pollution proposals. If implemented, they would have the effect of levying stiff fees against plants emitting "greenhouse gases."
Clearly, Obama wants the scale set low on how much greenhouse gas a plant could emit before being forced to buy "credits" allowing it to operate. Here, in his own words, is what Obama told the Chronicle in regard to use of coal: "So, if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can. It's just that it will bankrupt them, because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted."
That would help explain comments made earlier this fall in Ohio, by Obama's running mate, Sen. Joe Biden. "No coal plants here in America," he emphasized. Obviously, Biden made his comments in the context of Obama's plan to price coal out of the marketplace through use of draconian air pollution rules.
Sen. John McCain has made it clear that he supports clean-coal technology - with no hidden agendas such as those Obama has in mind. As we have stressed repeatedly, McCain's plan should appeal not just to coal-state voters - but to all Americans worried about energy.

It’s pretty obvious that he wants to take us down to the level of the 3rd world.
I pray that this got out in time.
This will be big in Ohio, PA , VA and West Virginia, if not elsewhere.
Don’t worry, this is the modern age, not the age of something having to be on the CBS,ABC,NBC evening news to be true. It has gotten out, and other than those unwashed masses of Obama supporters, this will help put the SS Obama under the waves if it isn’t already.
One would think that fraud of socialism and communism was exposed long time ago, but still here we are...
This would be a different race today had this surfaced a week ago. If an election can be won in the last 48 hours, I prayin’ this is the iceberg that sinks Obama’s ship of fools.
The communists strategize as such:
1) he who controls the present, controls the past
2) he who controls the past, controls the future.
Notice what has been done with control of the schools in the hands of communists. Evolution and socialism are the order of the day.
I predict by this evening most of Ohio,PA,WV,Va,Kentucky, and all other coal producing states will have heard this. Since 1/2 of electric in this country si produced by coal he is basically telling us that by summer we won’t be able to afford electric. Wonder how amny elderly will die from heat becau hey won’t be able to afford the electric? Or how many will freeze next winter because they can’t afford to pay for the utilites? It truely will be an Obamanation if this happens. VOTE!
IOW...he flat out says he's going to cause LOTS of financial pain to the energy companies...which in turn those companies hike the fees on the population...to FORCE "clean energy".
All of this makes my mind wonder back to these carbon credit companies in Chi-town...and HIS connection to them.

And remember, Obama wants to apply this standard to EVERY company, not just energy companies.
He plans to reform agriculture too. Says they’re making us fat and producing too many greenhouse gasses.

When you destroy energy, you destroy the economy. You spread the poverty to secure the power and make everyone dependent on the government and Papa Dictator’s benevolence.
Obama’s plan will do to energy what Mugabe did to farming. Intentional impoverishment. It is the fast lane path to making a first-world national a third world country and taking away then redistributing rights selectively, ala Chavez in Venezuela.
Here it comes.
