Go ahead...attack me for thinking slavery is wrong.
Sorry, I don’t drink Kool Aid and the fact that you lump me with DU and Kos folks only shows your ignorance.
I maintain that slavery is, and always will be, a sad era in our history.
I was not talking about the rest of the word and their history with slavery, I was talking about America...the land that I LOVE.

If, as you say, slavery is wrong, and I do believe that also, then it has to be, and have been, wrong for all of humanity for all time not just America. So, go right ahead and live by your double standard. It won’t be any skin off my nose because I know your double standard is spelled h-y-p-o-c-r-i-t-e. One soft standard for everyone else, one hard standard for this land you supposedly love. Btw, I am not attacking you for “thinking slavery is wrong”, just your selective application of your belief. If that makes me “ignorant”, so be it. I just want America, and her peoples, to be judged by the same measure as the rest of the world, and I will stand by that position till the day the Lord takes me home.
