PHILADELPHIA - Hillary Rodham Clinton is on her way to becoming the biggest loser of this election.
If he wins tomorrow, Barack Obama will certainly be his party's standard-bearer in 2012 - icing Clinton out of the White House for at least eight years.
And she'll be nearly 70 in 2016 - a young sprout compared to John McCain but probably too old to carry the flag for the newly recast party of youth and hope.
Until then, Clinton will be exiled to the Senate to serve out her second term, more like a sentence than a term for the former first lady, who will be a middle player in an increasingly fat Democratic majority.

I really don't believe Hillary will vote for Obama when she goes to pull the lever - neither will Bill.
Let's go vote!
I used to like the NY Post.........
MSM “new” math:
70 - young sprout
72 -ancient geezer
> Do you think this is a way to suppress PUMA votes?
It’s a good way to get PUMA votes to go with McCain. At least then The Beast has a chance in 2012.
Much as I don’t like the idea of The Beast as POTUS in 2012, it is an infinitely better prospect than having Obomber in the Oval Office for two terms.
There, I fixed it.
The NY Post was thrown off of Barry's plane last week because it endorsed McCain.
Monkey muffins. This assumes a victory of Odumbo. When McCain wins, Hillary will start camapaigning for 2012 and the media will flock back to her.
So will the PUMA’s for that matter, but their help in defeating Ding Dong is greatly appreciated in the meantime.
The NY Post was thrown off too? I knew the Wash Times was..
Well, It’s not written in a kind way, but it is a reminder to Hillary fans that if they vote for Obama, they are screwing any chance they may have for Hillary 2012.
I think Hurt’s trying to get the PUMAs motivated here. Vite McCain or Hil’s done.
All the more reason why 0bama will lose. I realize the Clintons have been out there in the last few days, but it hasn’t been getting great coverage. That’s likely because their support is minimal, and tepid, at best. They need 0bama to look like the inevitable choice, then fall harder than Hillary did in the primaries. That way, the “he had it in the palm of his hands and blew it” mantra can stick and cripple him for a 2012 run.
Divine Justice. That’s what you get for pardoning so-called “former” domestic terrorists.
Just the opposite. It is trying to encourage PUMA votes. The message is: If Obama wins, Hillary's chances for the Presidency are gone. So the only hope is an Obama loss. The NYP must still be smarting from being kicked off the Messiah's plane.
Oh, so the article is a snarky little hissy fit.
What they do not want to think about is that in the third year of CarterII, as he slinks from the ashes of the office in disgrace, H! will be there to save the day.
I used to think of H! as Satan Incarnate but compared to Obumba, she is but a minor deamon.
Hillary will run in ‘12. She will challange osamaobama, who despite the msm’s best attempt to protect him, will have a four year term that will actually make Carter look good. Carter had only the Russians to worry about (aside from that little problem with Iran).
If McCain wins tomorrow, maybe the media will investigate obamma lamma ding dong a little more closely over the next few years.
His past, his associations, his family, etc.
I doubt it but ya never know.
If Hillary had shown the courage to renounce Obama - and taken the Independent path ala Joe Lieberman she would have shown loyalty to her supporters, disgust with the DNC crooks and thieves as well as solidified her PUMAS.
As it stands - she has stayed with a party that clearly disowned her for a less qualified, anti-American Marxist.
She will have serious regrets.
No, at a minimum she’ll displace Harry Reid as Senate Majority leader. There is a quid pro quo in there somewhere. If Obama wins, the RATs will execute a large portion of their agenda and SML is a way for her to get her name on the stuff. If Obama loses, then as SML she will lead the opposition to McCain, building her resume for the showdown with Sarah in 2012.
