it’s possible, as I mentioned a couple weeks back. Howie did say on air that he, Sandy, and Happy were going out to dinner the next night (kind of a consolation for losing Happy?),
I don’t think Happy has spoken on air, and I have heard him
mention another producer/board-op (can’t remember nickname)
...we don’t hear kidding around anymore with Happy
about the gas station he allegedly works at, etc.
Oh, and note this from today’s page:

That’s right; Happy’s name is absent. It used to always be there.
