TY for the reply. Talked to my x (lives in Englewood), she didn’t seem to be too worried. Just wanted another opinion.

I think your x is correct. Even in Denver there is more enthusiasm than before. I wrote last week that I have yard signs in my neighborhood that say “Another Democrat for McCain” in their yard. That’s a first. My own yard sign has not been stolen this year, as happened in 2000 and 2004. That indicates, to me anyway, that there is more trepidation over voting Obama than there was for either Gore or Kerry.

I will also repeat. Early voting may be showing more Democrats voting then in years past but that does not mean they are voting for Obama.

It is difficult to reconcile the polls to what we are seeing first hand here. Yes, blacks and the more radical Democrats will vote for Obama but is real support there? Maybe I’m wearing blinders but I don’t see it.

I saw on Fox News Wells Fargo is sponsoring the election?
Wha? AND offering their workers to the polls.
