The laws don't apply to Democrats and especially black Democrats. Obama, Hastings, McKinney, Jefferson, etc..

A police officer actually enforcing this law. Shocked, but in admiration of the officer’s understanding of this area of the law and the officers commitment. They must be briefing them heavily on this obviously.
Detained and advised is not a big deal. Now she has to go to the principals office to get lectured by the DA. Well, at least in some instances they are trying to enforce laws on the books.

Just wait till Tuesday night. The streets will be thick with them. And if McCain wins, they're going to be hopping mad.

If you’re a Dem - you can do anything. That’s how it goes, even in their own party. The awful Pelosi asked the corrupt Rangel to resign his posts, and he told her to flake off. That’s what life is like if you’re a Dem.

I think they’re going to be even more out of line if their messiah wins. Chicago police are already expecting 1M folks downtown, invited by the Divine One himself. Whether he wins or loses, these pea-brains will flip out.
