Every country’s armies and nukes go to the UN/global army. Countries are left to have internal security forces to deal with internal problems, but none of these internal forces are strong enough to defeat the global army (that has the nukes and heavy armament items).
Wow... I had forgotten about that little booklet. I had a copy of it I had printed off of a web-site about 14 years ago during the Clintonistas little party. Something to watch out for there...
