That’s going to be the hard thing...unlike 1861, we may have trouble telling who the enemy is. Infiltration will be easier, and finding a center of gravity to hit may be difficult.

But we’ll win.

That's exactly the thing. The Enemy Within, to paraphrase Dr. Savage, is so insidious and pervasive, like an ill-defined malignancy with no obvious primary but spread throughout.
