One never knows whether to take these things seriously or not. However, if I were a subway or train passenger I would be very careful.

If this happens, it would certainly spook many out there and probably drop the bottom of the stock market (if it could be done more!). It is within any terror orgainzation's capability to pull this off if they are patient in gathering the necessary bomb making materials.
