Thank you for posting MamaD.

The Tampa Bay situation as well as many others who have other chemical and oil production facilities near ports are very vulnerable.

We are just about at the time frame when aq seems to be able to regroup for their attacks. Hoping they won't but it seems as though it's inevitable as they hate this country so much.

Sites with chemical tanks remain vulnerable from casual travel observation. Fences that cannot be penetrated by vehicles or easily climbed by terrorists would seem to be a miniscule investment by chemical company ownership - much less expensive than potential loss of life and property without them.
