If you read DREAMS OF MY FATHER, Obama describes the tangled web of family created by his father’s many wives and mistresses. They were not one big happy family. Some branches do not want to see Obama succeed and so will say anything to draw attention to themselves. IMHO, going down this track only distracts from the legitimate criticism of his political ideas.

The rules in place in 1961 required that if the child was born abroad of an American mother and a foreign national father, the mother needed to have resided in the USA for at least six years after the age of 16 for the child to have American citizenship.

Since Dunham was 18 at the time she didn't qualify.

However, the child could still have it's birth registered by the State of Hawaii since the Mother was a resident of that State.

Maya Sotero, Obama's half sister, was born in Indonesia and has a Hawaiian COLB. She is ineligible to be President.

American mother must have lived in the U.S. for five years after the age of 14. Impossible since she was 18 when Obama was born. So he does not qualify based on his mother being a citizen.

I did not see the video notes on it, that was why I asked. And after watching it again I noticed many differences in color, people at the table etc. and realized it was not for real. Thanks for your reply, even if it was rather terse.

I have an update from obamacrimes.com. Here is the link to a PDF of the transcribed telephone call where she also confirms that she was in the room when Barack was born - in Kenya! The sworn affidavit of this call is being used by Philip Berg in appeal to the Supreme Court.
