My friends, it's John McCain, live from New York, just three days before the election. Aides to the Republican presidential candidate said Friday that McCain will make a detour from battleground states to appear on "Saturday Night Live," the late-night show that has been a must-watch for many during the political season.
Hosting the show this Saturday is actor Ben Affleck, a supporter of Democratic candidate Barack Obama. The musical guest is singer David Cook.

She was a mess on O'Reilly last night.I thought she was funny -- it's part of her shtick to play the bubbleheaded blonde. I laughed out loud when she called Obama a communist becsause seeing his picture on every magazine reminded her of "1984"! And when she deadpanned that she doesn't watch SNL much because she goes to bed early these days. LOL! If you've ever seen her do stand up, you'd know that this is all part of her routine.

McCain and Lorne Michaels are friends and McCain has been on SNL many times. Lorne was very complimentary about Gov. Palin after she was on.
