The well-known duo of Sebastien Trudel and Marc-Antoine Audette...If they really were "well-known" then this schtick wouldn't succeed as often as it does.
I heard a tape of a similar scam pulled by a pair of Miami radio personalities. They called Venezualan dictator Hugo Chavez & had him conviced he was speaking with Fidel Castro. It was pretty funny.
