Nothing in state law would prohibit it, but the supervisor of elections says he is opposed to creating any new precincts before redistricting in 2010. It would be kind of hard for a lawmaker to cover *all* the bases like remembering to add a "no voting naked" clause.

It may be wrong, but I was told years ago that once you’re in the voting booth you can do anything you want, even smoke a joint or (in this case) take your clothes off? As long as you put them back on before leaving the voting space?
