Oh know!!! That possibly did not go well. If you are front Texas it might not matter much...thankfully, but if this happens in swing states that is bad.
If he had more than one poll worker helping him, he didn’t mention it. I’m assuming it was just the one lady. I really do trust, though, that she marked his ballot accurately. Thankfully, we are indeed in Texas, in a military town, so I certainly don’t think his one ballot would swing things for Obama, if the lady did turn out to mark it falsely. I’m not worried about it. It’s a fairly tight knit town where our late dad was a well-known District Attorney and, at the time of his death last year, County Judge (Republican, of course!). I think enough of the ladies working the polls yesterday would have recognized my brother and looked out for him.
I sure feel sorry for the guy in this article, though, and the countless others like him out there. Denying someone his right to vote is absolutely vile and it should be dealt with severely.
