Palestra.net uncovers voter fraud in NM. DNC delegate from California votes in New Mexico.

Palestra.net has found more than a dozen examples of voter fraud in the battleground state of Ohio over the last month. They uncovered out-of-state campaign workers voting as if they were Ohio residents. Their investigation lead to more than a dozen Obama staffers withdrawing their votes in that state.

Now they found the same thing going on in New Mexico. The worst example is a guy who was a delegate to the DNC... from California. Then a month later he went and voted as a New Mexico resident, despite not having any previous ties to the state.

The worst part is the county commissioner in Albuquerque, who says, "it's not so much that it's allowed as it's not enforced." Ummm... what? It's against the law... you're acknowledging that it's against the law... but you're not enforcing your laws?

Bear in mind, New Mexico has been won by about 6,000 votes and 400 votes in the last two presidential elections, so there's a good chance these fraudulent voters could tip the balance on Tuesday.

This is shaping up to be the most fraud-riddled election ever.

I have long advocated a system similar to what you have outlined here. One of the major differences being that I would have voters finger printed when they first register and their finger prints scanned into a voter database. An ID card issued to you with a PIN only you know, you must use it to vote and if there are any discrepancies then you don’t vote and no provisional ballots are issued, ever. Absentee ballots must have your finger print on the outside of envelope and be scanned when received. These measures, while big government like, would cut down drastically on voter fraud. I would say implement them at state level though. I really don’t like the feds controlling anything.

No worries!

As soon as Hussein occupies the Oval Office, those folks who are finding voter fraud in the Democrat party will no longer be able to find it. Problem solved.

All sorts of people are voting everywhere. This is what early voting and same-day voting (along wiht motor voter) do. It sounds like a play: “Invitation to Fraud”

Concur with the conclusion about fraud effecting elections.

2000 - FL - Presidential, 538 votes.
2000 - NM - Presidential
2004 - NM - Presidential

2006 - Washington - Gov, less than 200 votes
2000 - Missouri - Senate seat, late voting in St Louis, dead man running

There have been 6 or 7 Senate seats taken by the democrats by small margins too. Anybody remember how many?

ND ?
SD ?

I'm not saying not fight this but if the powers that be won't enforce the Law; what can we do except get angry and depressed?

I've said on this website a couple of times before. There should be signs in every polling precinct in every battleground state saying:
"VOTER FRAUD IS A FELONY. WHEN CAUGHT, YOU WILL BE CONVICTED AND GIVEN JAIL TIME"

Isn't that a felony?

Do we have any lawyers in the house? Is this guy someone who should be brought to the attention of the FBI? I'd love to see one of these pukes be make an example of!

I just watched the Palestra video and found out about the fact that Barack Hussein has thirty nine offices in New Mexico. Now here’s a question if he has to send in paid employees to run his offices all over the country how much local support does he really have. In most states a popular candidate would have local people volunteering to work saving the campaign great expense. But Barack seems to be busing them in from the ghettos and hoods of the inner cities aka Barack Hussein strongholds. I am really starting to think his support is very thin nationwide.

You think that's bad. Just wait. NM probably has more voter fraud than any state in the country, and I am serious! The RAT governor, Bill wants a place in Obama's administration Richardson allowed illegals to get driver's licenses, and with that they could register to vote in NM, but it doesn't stop there. With a NM driver's license, they could go to any other state and obtain a license there too. Register to vote, vote by absentee ballot and travel on. I kid you not when I say we could have numbers into the hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes. Perhaps even more!

Last election when the GOP wanted a list of the names through motor vehicle department, Richardson blocked it, so the GOP sued and the Judge declined to order the records released. That was the end of that. ACORN has been active in NM for many, many months, but even if McCain did win, Richardson would have a box of ballots found in one of the voting places just like he did last time. Then they found enough votes to win the state for the RATS. Last I heard we have over a million voters registered in NM. I found that odd since we only have 1.9 million people living here.

What I think needs to happen is to tell Americans that everyone has to register to vote again by making a personal appearance into the election bureau, and take their birth certificate with them. They will have 4 years to do it, and every man and woman in America will have plenty of time to do it. That is the ONLY way we are ever going to get the fraudulent voters off the books.

I called into their office to order my absentee ballot, (which I never received) and I asked the lady I was talking to if they have had a lot of new voters and she said "oh my yes." I asked her how many and she didn't know but it was a huge number.
