Citizens of the US have a 'tangible interest', it is the law that he has a certified birth certificate.
The fact that he has not allowed anyone to view a certified birth certificate must mean he has something to hide.

I would have thought that when he submitted his ‘application’ to become a candidate for POTUS, a notorized birth certificate would have been required as part of the package before he could move forward.
I suppose I’m ignorant as to the process...?
