I hate to say this as we don't usually operate this way but that person does need to find a good lawyer. Most are lib Democrats but dollar signs override that every time. What about creating a hostile workplace and other stuff the left has burdened society with? Stick it to them hard with their own rules I say .

I hate this stuff as I was sued twice in the 90’s and both cases were junk. The first was a hostile case and the second was a (hurt my back lifting a O-Scope) back case. They both got tossed but it cost my employer plenty.
