It also seems, the media is using the polls to intimidate voters. You can't watch any news show without hearing mention of the polls. This is to make sure everyone knows Obama is ahead in the polls. Plus, if they make it look like he is going to win anyway, then the “why bother to vote” factor also sets in. The election would be fairer if the media were not allowed to mention any polls at all.

I Think I may have some fun, schadenfreude, at the media expense, when Obama goes down in flames.
I'm open to suggestions about how to go about it.
