FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Secure Arkansas Concerned About Illegal Alien Voter Fraud
(Little Rock October 29, 2008) Secure Arkansas is concerned that the Matricular card, which is a Mexican I.D. card, is being used as authentic identification for first time voters. This means that non-citizens will be voting in our elections.
Secure Arkansas' Chair, Jeannie Burlsworth, noted, "I am greatly concerned that our elections are being swayed by illegal aliens who are in our state trying to vote illegally."Secure Arkansas calls on Arkansas' Election Officials to immediately ensure that the Matricular card is not accepted as identification for first-time voters.

I live in Arkansas and I voted early. They demanded to see my Drivers license before I could vote. I don't believe this article.

Considering that had McCain had his way with S2611, the illegals would be legal and have the right to vote on Tuesday anyway. And, regardless of who wins, they’ll have the right to vote next elections. I guess we should just consider that they’re getting to opportunity to ‘practice’. They’re not going to vote Republican either way.

We’re trying to see if legally, pollworkers must deny someone admitting to being unable to vote. Whether by showing a Matricular Card or admitting to being a felon, etc.

I attended the Poll Worker training session at the RPA 10/28. According to the Election Commission, the state requires that the Poll Worker ask the voter for picture ID, but the voter is NOT required to show ID in order to vote. It is then up to the poll worker to give the non-ID voter a provisional ballot. The provisional ballot is an envelope that the non-ID voter puts their paper ballot in after voting. A poll watcher is supposed to challenge the vote which basically means they make sure the poll worker is doing their job. The provisional ballot envelopes are to be reviewed seperately
The poll worker is also required to ask for date of birth.

NY, However,is FRAUD just waiting to happen.
Poll worker asks, Party, NAME. One looks in book says I’m Registered. #2 looks for name in 2nd book which has name, signature, and signature block.. Sign block and you’re Ready to GO ...no ID, no Nuttin!

What the Sam Hill is up with that? Daniel Boone's ... no, better not go there ...
Do you mean to tell me that you don't even have to register to vote in Tennessee? That somehow they blew off the provisional ballot portion of HAVA?
Who is to say that the van didn't simply move on to another early voting location? This is madness.

This sort of thing will no longer be a problem, if Obama wins. Citizenship will become as simple as showing up on US soil. Terms like legal or illegal immigrants will become pointless, as they will all be US citizens. Rest assured, this is what Obama intends. Unfortunately, Juan McCain isn't much better. He advocates pretty much the same "path to citizenship", other than making them pay a fine...

I live in Arkansas and I voted early. They demanded to see my Drivers license before I could vote. I don't believe this article. Arkansas law only requires that they ASK to see your ID. They are not suppose to prevent you from voting. They CAN mark the ballot "provisional" if you do not show ID...

I must have screwed them up when I updated my blog at work. I pasted the image source from my blog instead of the pictures from yahoo images.

>>In this state, it was concluded that the only possible remedy would be for the state Republican Party to file suit in Federal court.<<
And the courts would rule that the R party has “no standing” to file suit, as in Ohio.
