It is a response to a new Obama attack ad. The ad shows McCain's statements saying he doesn't know much about the economy, and may need to rely on his running mate for help on economic policy. Then it says "His Choice?" and a clip of Sarah Palin winking.

Where shall I start? There is a woman named Sarah Palin. She is Governor of Alaska, and also VP candidate for John McCain, who is running for President.

She was attacked in an ad by McCain's opponent, Barack Obama, who showed an image of her winking. This ad is a response to that.
