Wonder if this is the same judge that ruled that park benches can be used as an address for voting purposes? Or possibly the same judge that ruled in Brunner’s favor regarding possible voting registration fraud?

Warren County Ohio (together with Clermont and Butler County) won the 2004 election for George Bush. Bush carried Warren County by 72% to 28%. The 160,000 vote statewide margin was all attributable to the margins in those three adjacent counties. If you can find a Obama sign in Warren County, it will have a noose draped over it.

But, there are procedural tactics in Ohio that will probably moot this case.

Ooops. I said 160,000 vote margin. It was more like 110,000 in Ohio. Point is that Warren County is as conservatively Republican as anywhere on the planet.
