As I understand it, Philip Berg is a former assistant Attorney General of Pennsylvania (and a democrat) that sued Sen. Obama and the DNC to prove that Obama was a natural born citizen. He was shot down in federal court for not having any standing to bring a case, so he is appealing to the U.S. Supreme Court as we speak.

All this legal discourse will be trashed by Obama if he is elected. A tyrant uses Machiavellian tactics to suppress descent. Ex: Ferdinand E. Marcos dismissed legalists with his declaration of martial law for the Philippines in the mid 1960’s. Obama is a tyrant whose ends will justify his means. Loyal law enforcement institutions and military personnel will do his dirty work. All for the good of the nation. HA! Constitutional lawyers will eat his dust.
