He won’t have to stand up for anything. Once he’s in office he’ll have the law change so quickly it’ll make you’re head spin. That, or he’ll have his minions do up a foolproof forgery.
It isn’t a “law”, it’s the Constitution of the United States. The Constitution can only be changed by amendment, with 2/3rds of the states ratifying it, and even if it were changed, it wouldn’t apply to someone that was elected & sworn in prior to the change.
