Correct, but the lawyer/author demands that propective employee NObama needs to hold a presser and and come clean. Good, bad or indifferent NObama he has made his case. Its the employer that has to find any mistakes in the resume.
And we, the potential employer, have found those mistakes [lies] in his resume -- right??? And we are giving him a chance to explain those mistakes [lies] in a court of law.
