This will seem an ignorant question but I am going to have to ask it of the learned people here in hopes of getting an answer.
If the people are the employer of the President (and President to be) - why can’t they request the current President George Bush to determine if Obama is an eligible citizen of the USA while Bush is still in power?
Don't hold your breath on this issue.
There will be no denying 0bamas presidency, should he be elected. The anarchy that would follow would be devastating for a large percentage of the country.

What’s the point of it being a requirement if you don’t have to prove it?
Firstly, that’s not a birth certificate but a COLB and, secondly, even if it were genuine (which its been conclusively proven not to be) it wouldn’t actually prove anything because Hawaii permits the births of people born overseas to be registered there. He could quite easily have been born in Kenya and registered in Hawaii shortly thereafter.
You might be on to something except obama has never proven his citizenship. Don’t you think that’s more then chasing a tail? (maybe you know something and would enlighten all of us)

His support for this will not come from the legislative or judicial branches, but eminently through the street. Mobs will be the basis of His “government” - and for all of us under his heel.
When the “defendant” is pursuing a position that requires specific conditions for eligibility, then the burden of proving compliance must specifically rest with the “defendant”.

What I can’t understand is why the election wouldn’t just be called invalid—or that Mac wouldn’t be declared the winner. Why should the Dems get to put someone else in—they knowingly ran a candidate who was not eligible.
Anyone applying for any legal entry level job has to prove eligibility to legally work in this country.

Whatever, if that is so, then who are the people, family, old friends, that he has been close to all his life? Where are they? We never see any other family or close friends who have come out in support of him. Nothing. Why? Who were his college buddies, did he have any?
I contend Obama is probably not a citizen and all of these anti America, and terrorist types, are his friends and Obama is a fraudulent, very dangerous impostor.

I don't believe 0bama is qualified and my belief has nothing to do with race. I would love to see a conservative black man or woman POTUS and believe such an individual would truly be a that major step forward. But 0bama? Hardly.
