According to this attorney, if he is not a citizen and is elected, he becomes a usurper and cannot be impeached. It gets really really messy from there.

If Obama is elected and is later found to be Constitutionally ineligible then I don't think impeachment will be necessary. His role as president ends, and there may be questions on the legality of any actions he took while president.

Can't be impeached if he was sworn in fraudulently. But he could be removed by force. Any volunteers?
