The courts have already ruled that Berg doesn’t have standing, but there is a move underway to get some candidates for the Electoral College to be listed as plaintiffs. Being a listed candidate for Elector might give one standing. (Hey, it’s worth a try, right?)

If not, VP Cheney, in his capacity as president of the senate, could bring an action to test the validity of any senator.
