How many states have failed to pass gay “marriage” bans? Not many.

Even liberal states tend to pass bans with wide margins that are always missed by pollsters. It’s sort of a reverse Bradley Effect. People don’t want to tell a pollster that they are so unenlightened that they believe that marriage is between a man and a woman.

I think there has been only one of these marriage amendments that failed to pass.

That is of states that actually got to vote on the issue. The Mass. legislature adjourned last year rather than authorize a vote on a marriage amendment in Massachusetts, even though a record number of citizen signatures requested such an amendment vote.

You gotta love Democrat politicians. In Mass. they adjourned rather than approve putting the amendment on the ballot. They were too cowardly to even vote on the matter.
