I think this is the first time Penn has slipped from a solid Obama state in RCP polling.

Bad news for Obama. If PA is now in play, he's in huge trouble. Tell that to CBS and their 11 point out of the ass lead for the One. LOL!

I think this is the beginning of National to state pollng trickle down. I think tomorrow and Saturday we will see states moving toward McCain.

RCP is a joke.
Ok, it’s a nice little site with a ton of info, but these poll averages, especially averages of skewed crap polls, are worthless.

So if the polls says it’s Leaning, in fact Mac is probably up a point or two.

I agree about RCP.
I am more interested in the underlying trends.
No one should look at RCP as a definitive statement of the overall electoral condition.
Its just that this web barometer is for the first time putting Penn in a weak position for Obama. That is the significant item.

Agreed. All the polls are just kitty litter deposits. Worthless.

Bad news for Pig Murtha too.
PA may turn out to be a WIN-WIN!

Tell that to CBS and their 11 point out of the ass lead for the One.Maybe I'm just tired or easily amused, but that comment is cracking me up.

I’ll be more interested to see the results of the poll tabulated on Tuesday. That one has a MOE of 0% and probably won’t have a massive Democrat oversample.

RCP averages all the polls. Including the outlandish polls by such organizations as CBS and CNN. So it must be real close now if you throw out the screwball polls.
To: lonestar67
I would agree with it’s important as a trend, rather than an actual victory. It increases the likelihood of Virginia and Colorado remaining with McCain and a possibility of NH in his column.

I know for a fact, which the stupid brain dead s---t Katie Couric doesn't, that there won't be an 11 point Democratic voter turnout next week. Why? It didn't happen even in 2006, the Dems best year and they were up by 4+.

NH is another interesting item there.
NH keeps fliping solid/ leaning almost every hour. There is definite traction there for McCain to win on Tuesday night.
That would be a nice bonus to drive into the Western states Tuesday night. The PUMA potential in NH is exceptional.
